Executive Search is a proactive, targeted and effective method of recruitment. It is particularly useful to clients keen to recruit within a specific time frame or to those seeking to fill senior or specialist vacancies where candidates are in short supply.

Clients are provided with a single point of contact who takes responsibility for managing all aspects of the search. Campaigns are bespoke and dependant upon the client’s needs; the specific processes and details of the search are agreed prior to its commencement.

Executive Search can yield a much greater number of potential candidates than is possible with direct advertising or Contingency Recruitment. It is not limited to individuals who have chosen to register with an agency or to those actively seeking opportunities.

Dedicated and extensive research is used in order to identify appropriate candidates. Direct contact is made by an experienced search consultant in order to promote the vacancy proactively.

Initial interviews are carried out by Calibre Search and Selection in order to confirm suitability and to gauge level of interest. A shortlist is provided to the client, which includes a curriculum vitae and a detailed Candidate Report.

Candidates sourced during an Executive Search are provided on an exclusive basis to our client, which greatly reduces the chance of them losing desirable candidates to competitors. For sensitive vacancies, a client’s identity can be withheld from candidates until suitability and interest has been confirmed.

Calibre Search & Selection adheres to an ethical policy and will not solicit employees of Executive Search clients.

Where a proposed search might be affected by such restrictions, the number of companies which are off limits and approximate numbers of relevant employees will be specified at submittal stage.
