Interviews can normally be arranged via telephone or video conference in the first instance.  Companies are often prepared to make an offer of employment based on satisfactory teleconference interview plus reference checks.  However there is no substitute for a face to face interview and if it is possible to visit your country of choice for interview, this would be preferable. 

In some cases your prospective employer will be able to apply for a visa on your behalf.  Many of the sectors we recruit to are on the skills supply shortage list, enabling a more rapid and simple application process. 

Please think carefully before deciding to move abroad.  The processes involved with recruiting foreign staff can be time consuming and expensive for the companies involved.  Our clients will want to be sure that you are committed to making the move.
