An experienced IES modeller is being sought by this busy practice located just 10 minutes' walk from Leeds train station in one of the cities most sought after office locations. Offering a mix of easy parking, convenient public transport and secure bike parking commuting is a breeze while the building itself is exceptionally well appointed supplementing the companies relaxed working atmosphere.

As a Thermal Modeller within the Leeds team you will be taking a range of projects and carrying out different studies including TM52 and TM59 overheating calculations, analysing engineers schemes to ensure UK design standard and client specification compliance and suggesting how their projects can be developed to offer greater levels of user comfort and energy efficiency.

On offer is a salary up to £35k depending upon your level of experience and what you can bring to the table while they are very supportive of continued education through MSc and assisting with Chartership applications. There is also 25 days leave (plus stats), healthy pension contribution and a wealth of tax friendly add on's, such as cycle to work, childcare vouchers etc.

When applying for this post it is essential that you have qualifications within building services engineering, are well used to using to IES to produce models and calculations. It is likely that you will be HNC qualified as a minimum and your skill level should match that of someone who has at least 12-18 months experience of working on live schemes within a commercial environment.
