Looking to speak with Graduate/Assistant Project Coordinators/managers keen to get their foot in the door with a very exciting engineering consulting firm in Birmingham.

They have seen some major advancement in their project management division and are now after the next upcoming project manager to help assist in the delivery of their upcoming infrastructure and environmental developments across the UK.

This will be a very important administrative function which involves setting up project/design/production meetings, distributing project updates, and facilitating team communication throughout the practice.

Those who are degree qualified in project/construction management would be ideal for this role. Any experience in project coordinating or managing construction schemes would also be advantageous.

· Assist Project Managers with scheme delivery
· Project/Technical Coordination
· Support project financial management
· Information and document coordination and assist in preparing reports and data collection for analysis
· Scheduling both recurring and ad-hoc meetings for a number of projects
· Collation of information and preparation of meeting agenda packs and progress reports
· Review and distribute project documents
· Prepare correspondence related to project
· Maintain project documentation and ensure that all regulatory documents are correct, processed and approved
