Calibre Search is working with a prestigious design consultancy whom are currently on the lookout for a Graduate Structural Engineer for their Warrington Office.
You as the Graduate Structural Engineer will be joining a well-respected brand and a recognised name within the industry. The organisation has a strong robust reputation for progressing staff that come into the business, offering a friendly and lively working environment and a very low staff turnover. Along with providing the best mentoring and training for this position as 'Graduate Structural Engineer'. You will be given exposure to working on some very exciting projects across the UK and be given the autonomy of running your own small projects which consist of Telecommunication masts for the likes of Vodaphone, EE and 02 all over. Some of which are exceeding £60million worth of project value.

This specialised consultancy understands the importance of providing support, help, and guidance and to provide its employees with a very good work/lifestyle balance. The Graduate Structural Engineer position has been created as a result of a successful growth and commercial development due to their increasing workload and expanding client base. The experience needed is someone junior and ambitious to learn as the exposure given to you in perfect to helping you exceed as an engineer.

You will need to have -
Achieved either an MEng or BEng degree in Civil Engineering. MSc in Structural Engineering also very desirable.
Ideally having achieved a "First Class Honours" or 2.1
Having ideally undertaken good examples of either Structural or Civil/Infrastructure Design Projects' during University
Excellent communication and written skills.
A dynamic, self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic individual.
As a Graduate Structural Design Engineer within the design team, you will need to be technically minded, a methodical thinker to whom will have the passion of structural engineering to push their career forward.
