In the depths of the Manchester Northern Quarter there is a Building Services Consultants who are ideally located, who are delivering on some outstanding projects and working to a great ethos across the office. If you are a driven, enthusiastic, motivated and capable Electrical Building Services Engineer this would be a great opportunity to take your next step within your career.

This is an engineering consultant that is living within its means, the business has been run brilliantly since its inception in the early 2000s and therefore it carries no debt, all of its work comes from repeat business and 75-80% of its business comes directly from the client or from architects. You will be joining a team of 8 technical staff and some strong support from both within the company and from external training providers. The business has an unrivalled ethos for training its existing workforce rather than externally hiring the same skillsets. Where required these hires are made but the directors would rather give the people who work for the business the opportunity first. You will be given as much opportunity as possible to grow within the role.

In terms of projects, they work across a variety of sectors, this includes but is not limited to; Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare etc and the business is set up to work on both Private and Public sector developments. They also do a lot of refurbishment works which encompasses surveying, asset management and inspection of existing M&E installations.

It is expected that you have some experience as an Electrical Building Services Engineer from a previous company and seeking a new challenge. The role is for a graduate engineer or someone who has come through the apprenticeship routes.
