An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the region's leading Construction Contractors working on retail projects from £500k - £10 million.
Day to Day responsibilities:

  • Internal Valuations and CVRs
  • Cash Flow and Turnover forecast
  • Measurement and valuation of works for valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Agreement of valuation dates and preparing, submitting and agreement of interim valuations in accordance with those dates
  • Administering and/or advising on Main Contract and Subcontract conditions
  • Subcontract and Design procurement
  • Client and Subcontractor invoices, payments, variations and final accounts
  • Preparation and submission of Cost Value Reconciliations
  • Cash management and maximisation


  • Experience of working for a main contractor in a Quantity Surveyor capacity
  • Quantity Surveying Degree or Equivalent
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Proven record of delivery
  • Full UK driving licence
