Research Manager

A global Market Research agency who leads the path of Customer Insights are looking for a Research Manager to join their immensely fast-growing team, working with top-notch clients across 90 countries worldwide! They are experts in product innovation, brand engagement and customer value using digital technology to help businesses make smarter decisions.

Collaborating with some huge global clients that you would jump at the opportunity to work with across a number of different sectors such as, Amstel, Heineken, Philips, Nestle, Disney, Paramount, Shell and Unilever just to name a few.

The Role

As a Research Manager will be responsible for the execution of all research projects ensuring that client's expectations are met from designing the project through to delivery of insight. You will be working alongside the Client Directors and peer Research Managers, being a highly invested manager for yourself and your team. We're looking for driven and hungry senior researchers who are passionate to lead who excel to excellence.

What we're looking for

  • A first-class degree is desirable in a relevant degree (Marketing, Communications, Economics, Psychology, Business etc)
  • Accuracy and efficiency
  • Driven to be part of the bigger picture and grow the business
  • A self-starter who can adapt to working in a fast-moving environment
  • Can demonstrate excellent client management
  • Experience in multiple project management
  • A natural problem solver
  • Interested in data analysis


Essential Experience

  • 3 years experience in Market Research
  • Experience in Quantitative focused methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience of the full project life cycle and operational elements
  • Experience or good knowledge of Product Concept Testing
  • Experience or good knowledge of Pack Testing in a virtual shelf scenario
  • Passion for Brands and Communications
  • Experience in developing and supporting a junior team
