Role: Civil Engineer
Location: Birmingham


An established multi-disciplined engineering consultancy with an expanding order book and are seeking to reinforce the civil engineering department in our office near Birmingham. They are very busy at the moment, notably working on a variety of new residential buildings, care homes and the development of a large industrial project. They are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer, with a strong background of highways and drainage design, to join their team. They have a huge amount of work that they need an extra pair of hands to help deliver it and allow the more senior staff to focus on bringing in even more work. Due to the nature and size of the team there is excellent progression potential and the company have a proud track record of promoting from within.


Applicant should hold the following:

  • Hold a relevant degree;
  • Have at least three - five years experience within the industry;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Have a expert understanding of PDS
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Micro Drainage


Most importantly, the successful candidate will be self motivated and capable of working on a wide variety of interrelated civil engineering discplines including that of Ground modelling, Flood Risk Assessments, Adoptable and private drainage designs, S278 / S38 Highway design and Value engineering.
