Chartered Building Surveyor - Residential

Calibre Search are delighted to be partnering with a growing and ambitious property consultancy who after some successful years and strong start to this new year, require a Chartered Building Surveyor to join them now.

Based just north of Manchester, they operate across the most of the North West with about 80% of their workload being Greater Manchester based. Due to the increased demand, they require a Senior Surveyor to come in and basically take charge of their residential workload as they look to focus and build more on the commercial side.

Ideally, you will be MRICS Qualified with already a decent background in building pathology in the residential sector offering home buyer reports and general building surveys. Being a RICS Registered Valuer would also be a welcomed addition but not necessarily essential.

Despite the pandemic, this practice really have gone strength to strength within their markets and are extremely confident for the New Year ahead and feel this role offers brilliant chance for someone to come in and become an integral member to this new practice.
