You will be working for a North West based Engineering consultants in Lancashire from their Preston offices as a Revit MEP Technician on a Permanent basis. They have a formidable reputation in the marketplace and over 80% of their work is from repeat business and a strong majority of the rest based on word of mouth. This is testament to the 25+ years since the formation of the company and the exceptional work that has been produced during this period.

My client delivers high quality, cost effective design and has an excellent customer focus. They are keen to hear from MEP Revit Technicians to expand on the existing platform already in place.

Having already gained experience in the use of Revit MEP from a previous role, you will continue to produce 3D Models in particular. There is scope of work in sectors including, but not limited to; Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Residential and Commercial, including both new builds and refurbishments.
The ideal candidates would need to be conversant in the use of Revit MEP and preferably have a good understanding of Mechanical Engineering and systems. You will have experience of producing drawings related to schematics, general arrangements and layouts and have Revit skills which encompasses Templates, Sheets, Families, Content Creation, Co-ordination and clash detection. You need to be proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks and Autocad. You will have the capabilities of liaising with fellow design members throughout the design process.

It is essential for this opportunity that you are educated to ONC/HNC level in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering as a minimum and experience within the sector is a requirement for this role.
