Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst required for a Leeds based client - part remote with a day a week in the office.

The Senior BA role focuses on transformational projects to re-design, re-engineer and enhance the clients supporting platforms. They have exciting strategic projects in their pipeline to move from on-prem into the cloud, transformational work on visualising the customer journey and additional work in pipeline to deploy an industry leading data strategy. In addition to these notable projects, you will need to occasionally revisit their new customer onboarding process to update it and properly reflect the current state of the product and all its config options.

You'll be working closely with the Head of Business Technology, whilst acting as a role model for less experienced BAs, providing guidance and direction and where required, take responsibility for all stages of delivery of a project. (any candidates who have experience of EDI/Electronic Data Interchange) would be classed as advantageous.
