Here is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working on a static site based in Castle Donnington, Derby. They are looking for an Electrician to join their static maintenance team.
The role will involve undertaking PPM's, service and reactive work on a range of electrical plant as well as some mechanical plant such as AHU's, FCU's.
40 hours per week - Shift pattern:
1 week 6-2pm
2 weeks 8-4:30
1 week 2-10pm (whilst on call)
Standby - 1 in 4
Benefits- Basic Salary of £33,144 + £2054 standby payments + 5% shift allowance (£36,855)

Responsibilities- Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
- Duties will include: Electrical fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts changes, filter changes and coil cleans on AHU's / FCU's, boiler resets, chiller checks, BMS Monitoring etc.
Requirements- Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
