We are exclusively working with a Manchester City Centre based multidisciplinary, £55M turnover, 700 employee and 20 office consultants. We are looking for an Electrical Associate who can join the existing team of 7 and take over the general running of the Electrical team and deliver Electrical Packages. You will begin the journey taking on an Intermediate Electrical Engineer and building the team to a 7 or 8 strong Electrical Engineering division within the next 3 to 5 years. You will be encouraged to utilise the hybrid working model that they have enforced with a respect for the requirements for the role and position in Manchester.

What you need to succeed in this role as an Associate Electrical Engineer:- Relevant qualification(s) and accreditation(s).
- Proven Associate Electrical Engineer or Principal Electrical Engineer within a Building Services engineering design role.
- Experienced manager, including recruitment, wellbeing, performance management and development.
- Ability to win work and undertake business operations including marketing, commercial and financial responsibilities.
- Work as part of the senior team to win and deliver inspiring projects.
- Be a proactive participant in the leadership of the MEP Team
- Project delivery, including overseeing input from others.
- Delivering projects within budget, and on time to the required standard.
- Supporting the timely invoicing and debt chasing, management of WIP and forward workload/resource planning for own projects.
- Attendance at design team, client and site meetings as required.
- Responsible for the design quality and profitable delivery of own projects.
- Demonstrate commercial thinking and client management expertise.
- Timely reporting of project/office financial information to contribute to meeting budget at a team level.
