Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

At Calibre Search we're delighted to be working alongside an Architectural Practice well known across the North of England for delivering high quality schemes across a range of sectors.
Our client have developed a strong reputation nationally for being one of the best Architecture Practices in the country, having appeared in the top 30 on the AJ100 multiple times. They are known for specialising in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, residential, commercial and education developments.
Suitable candidates will have around a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in the industry as an Architectural Technologist and will be comfortable working in a job running / senior position. Revit experience is also preferred, however on the job training can be provided for suitable candidates.
Job Specification:- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in working in the industry and / or experience in a senior job running position.
- We expect the successful candidate will have a thorough and up to date understanding of UK Building regulations as well as any other relevant legislation.
- AutoCAD experience is essential with Revit experience also being ideal, however on the job training can be provided.
- Must be industrious, adaptable and a quick learner
