Overview
This triple-office, award winning building services consultancy specialises in sustainable design. Despite all their engineers being qualified in some aspect of sustainability they boast an in-house separate Sustainability and Building physics team to allow all their clients fulfil their net zero aspirations. They have over 50 staff spread across 3 offices across the southwest and utilise a collaborative approach across departments for all projects.
Due to being on various local authority frameworks, including the department of education, they win numerous projects within a variety of sectors and have become specialists in introducing net-zero carbon solutions for schools/universities. Due to consistent and continuous expansion and development, they are looking for a Sustainability Consultant that as the same passion for sustainable design as they do. They will be based out of their Head office whilst operating on a hybrid schedule.
Role
As a Sustainability consultant, you will be expected to assist the M&E team and building physics team by advising and developing sustainability strategies.
Ideally you will have:
- 3+ UK Years' experience within the building services or similar role.
- A BREEAM license
- Experience working on BREEAM assessments
- Knowledge of LEED, WELL, Code for sustainable homes (Desirable)
- A Degree is Sustainability/Engineering/Building Services/Architectural Design or related.
