Here is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the country's leading Facilities Management companies working on a static site based in Bradford. They are looking for an Electrician to join their static maintenance team.
The role will involve undertaking PPM's, service and reactive work on a range of electrical plant as well as some mechanical plant such as AHU's, FCU's, Air Con etc on a distribution centre.
40 hours per week
Shift pattern rotating:
6-2
2-10
Standby - 1 in 4
Benefits- Package of £35,276 inclusive of standby (salary £33,182 + £2094 standby payments)

Responsibilities- Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
- General building services tasks
- Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
- Duties will include: Electrical fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts changes, filter changes and coil cleans on AHU's / FCU's, boiler resets, chiller checks, BMS Monitoring etc.
Requirements- Electrical - City & Guilds Level 3 / parts 1 & 2 or equivalent
