Would you like to lead and introduce Delivery Management to support my clients Software Development function?

Do you have experience in coaching development teams within the delivery process?

The company has experienced significant growth throughout the pandemic and takes a very informal approach to interviews - all remote via Teams, with no presentations or quickfire q&a's, just two informal calls based on your experience and what they're looking for/offer you career wise.

If you can -

Lead the development team in using Agile methodology and scrum and kanban practices

Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction

Lead and coach the development teams in self-organization

Remove impediments and coach the development team on removing impediments

Help the development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework

The role comes with some great benefits - 10% bonus, 1k training budget, 1k home office budget, onsite cafe, gym and Yoga rooms and a hybrid working model - you'll be looking at 1 day per week in the office.
