Quantity Surveyor - NEC - Contract
Our client has recently secured a large civils framework in Ipswich and are looking for Commercial Support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in surveying
To include:- Monthly Valuations
- Final Accounts
- Pricing variations.
- Maintaining site records
Requirements:- A background of working on large civil engineering projects using NEC
- Proficient computer skills particularly in excel.
- General knowledge of contracts/ contractual terms
- General reasoning ability and ability to take on new concepts quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to gather and analyse information skilfully.
- Good negotiation and management skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Self-motivated and proactive
