Description

My client is an international multi-disciplined engineering consultancy that specialise within Civil, Structural, Environmental, Geotechnical Engineering. Due to securing several high-profile frameworks, they are now looking to appoint a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer to work alongside their already established environmental and geotechnical teams in Solihull.

As a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer, you will be tasked with delivering and managing the technical and commercial output of projects as well as given the opportunity to build and develop team.

Your role as a Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer will be to set a presence in the Solihull office, supporting the wider Geo-Environmental teams. You will be tasked with developing a team to support you on the delivery of large scale contaminated land and remediation schemes for the likes of National Grid and Highways England.

The successful Principal Geo-Environmental Engineer applicant should be Chartered with a relevant contaminated land or engineering body, ideally SiLC certified, well-rounded Geo-Environmental Engineer with experience in delivering complex Geo-Environmental projects from Phase I through to remediation and validation stages). Experience within power and National Grid is beneficial but not essential.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for someone in a similar role currently or a Senior/Principal Engineer looking to advance their career.
