We're currently looking for a 1st Line Support candidate to come and work on a 3-month FTC, with a strong possibility of the role turning permanent.

You will provide first-line support in the use of a range of communication, information and data software and systems, as well as contributing to the development of robust plans to ensure all processes are ISO 9001 compliant and consistent with ISO 8000 requirements.

Your technical knowledge will include a proven track record with Microsoft products: Microsoft Excel (Spread sheets and data analysis), Word, Outlook, Access, as well as SQL Databases and Google applications. Any candidate who has experience of Javascript would be classed as advantageous.
