Server Side Developer

I am currently working with a growing company who are looking to expand their development team with the addition of a back end developer to work server side. It is an exciting time to join the company as they are due to open their Stockton office in addition to their existing Newcastle office. There are 2 roles available.

The role will involve developing new and existing web based services and products for an existing travel division. You will be tasked with writing clean and clear Object Oriented Code both from scratch and crom existing code. You will test work and take charge during the development of the project. You will adaps your techniques and be confident in your skill set as you will be exposed to different operating systems.

Qualifications and Skils:
  • C# / Java
  • Object Oriented programming
  • MS SQL Server and SQL scripting
  • Experience of using source control services such as GIT , SVN etc
  • Knowledge of NO SQL Key-value database such as REDIS , Memcache is desireable
  • Experience of using Linux (Ubuntu) command line
  • Good skill level with JavaScript, HTML , and other front end web technologies.


The skill set can be amended depending on the candidate as some of the required technical expertise are desireable as opposed to essential.
