Customer Care Operative
Our client is a reputable and expanding housing main contractor operating out of Leeds. They specialise in the design and build of bespoke and prestigious residential houses and apartments across Yorkshire and the Northern Counties. The business has over 20 years experience within the sector and they have undertaken some truly innovating projects in recent years.
They are currently looking to recruit a Customer Care Operative to manage the snagging works of 5+ sites acrossNorth Yorkshire. The role is a specialist position and will require someone who is not only skilled in customer service but has a strong trade's background and can undertake most tasks commonly associated with snagging. The core duties of the role will be to liaise with both the customer services team OR contracts manager and with the customers direct to ascertain what issues have occurred within the residence and then decide a course of action that best suits the situation.
Please find below a list of skills/attributes:
- Relevant experience in residential build
- First Aid (advantageous)
- Time served in a trade e.g. (painter, joiner or plasterer)
- Full UK driving licence
- Friendly and approachable with good interpersonal skills
- The ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Be prepared to go the extra mile in order to keep the customer and employer happy
- 23 days holiday + stats
