They are now seeking an experienced Chartered Associate Structural Engineer to join their growing Nottingham team.

As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the successful delivery of building structures projects. You will lead and oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant design standards and construction regulations. You will also mentor, support, and develop a team of engineers and technicians, promoting excellence and continual professional growth.

In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders, contributing to business development activities to help secure new projects and support the ongoing growth of the consultancy.

Project work includes the design of new buildings, foundations, retaining walls, and basements, as well as the refurbishment and extension of existing structures and the integration of secondary elements such as staircases and balconies. The team also deliver demolition strategies, forensic engineering, BIM collaboration, and the design of specialist industrial structures for extreme load and seismic conditions, alongside party wall advice.
