We are working with an established Construction and Engineering Consultancy who are on the lookout for a Principal Structural Engineer to join their growing team based in their Nottingham office to support the business in leading projects and engaging with clients.

Working on a diverse portfolio of projects such as Residential (including Prestige Residential), Commercial, Blue Light, Leisure, Education and more with values up to £90M, offering varied technical challenges and opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a technical team, playing a key part in shaping project outcomes, contributing directly to the success of the business while mentoring and developing junior staff to strengthen and grow their team.

You will manage all project stages from due diligence and concept development through to detailed design and construction and apply your expertise in engineering principals to guide the project delivery teams to ensure successful completion of projects.

You will play a key part in cultivating strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met through clear communication and exceptional service.
