Refrigeration Engineer

Location: Exeter
Pay Rate: Up to £21.50 per hour DOE
Hours: Flexible working hours - choose between a 40 to 48 hour week
Overtime: 1.5x standard rate, 2x on Sundays
Standby: £150 standby allowance (1 week in 4)
Travel: Door-to-door travel paid at normal rate
Company Vehicle: Van provided with Allstar fuel card (business use only)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer with supermarket refrigeration experience to join a well-established business, covering small retail sites around Exeter.
This role offers a competitive hourly rate with strong earning potential through overtime, flexible hours to suit your lifestyle, and additional standby payments. You'll be fully equipped with a company van and fuel card and supported by a structured standby rota.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Proven experience in supermarket refrigeration (CO2 experience not required)
• 
  Experience working on pack systems
• 
  Strong work ethic and reliability
• 
  Willingness to participate in a 1-in-4 standby rota
