Senior Structural Engineer

From bespoke residential refurbishments to large-scale commercial developments, this firm is known for delivering smart, creative, and cost-effective structural solutions - all backed by a collaborative and friendly culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the design and delivery of structural projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors

• Preparing fee proposals, supervising project teams, and ensuring high-quality technical output

• Coordinating with clients, architects, and contractors to meet design briefs and project timelines

• Conducting site visits, attending client meetings, and managing structural inspections as required

• Upholding and enforcing quality, safety, and regulatory standards, including Eurocodes and Building Regulations

What We're Looking For:

• Chartered (CEng) or Incorporated (IEng) Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers

• Proven experience in structural design and project leadership within a consultancy setting

• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and legislation

• Proficiency in structural analysis tools and AutoCAD (Revit knowledge a plus)

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset
