You will work across a variety of projects (and across all RIBA Stages) including Data Centre Project, major Residential schemes, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial and much more.
The business is fully immersed in Revit, all of their projects are being designing digitally and if you would like to work in that way this would be a great place to work. If you have Revit experience already or a strong desire to use it everyday to support your Electrical Engineering Design work, I would be keen to speak with you about the vacant position.
What's on Offer:
- Join a supportive team delivering a diverse portfolio including residential towers, data centres, education and healthcare facilities
- Contribute to technically interesting schemes such as a 44-storey tower in Leeds, a 3,500-bed student campus in Manchester, and high-level strategic data centre work for major tech clients
- Work closely with a Senior Engineer - providing mentoring, guidance and exposure to project leadership
- Be part of a growing Manchester team with a strong pipeline in Q3 and Q4, including schemes at all RIBA stages
Your Role:
- Being responsible for electrical designs, calculations and schematics and as instructed by the Senior Engineer on projects
- Using Revit everyday to support design activities and to coordinate, clash detect and model buildings.
- Collaborate with a well-established team including engineers at various levels and disciplines
- Gain hands-on experience across all RIBA stages, with a focus on Stages 3-5
- Work in residential, healthcare, education and infrastructure sectors
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-5 years' experience in building services electrical design (likely your second role post-grad)
- Comfortable producing designs and technical reports, with an interest in growing towards senior responsibilities
- Revit experience is essential or a strong desire to use it
- Exposure to Stages 3, 4 or 5 across sectors such as residential, education or healthcare is preferred
- Eager to be part of a long-term development plan within a growing consultancy
