What's in place:

An established team of M&E design engineers completing schemes which are typically refurbishment, upgrades and extensions.

You'll be working across commercial, industrial, mixed-use, education and a limited amount of resi projects. The best bit; you'll be making buildings more relevant to their users, more sustainable; basically better places to be. That has to be better than spec builds or schemes that are out of date before completion!

They're expecting you to be:

• Familiar with all aspects of electrical building services design.
• Happy writing specifications, carrying out surveys, and producing drawings using Revit.
• Fluency of IES, SBEM and Part L requirements.
• Knowledgeable about UK design regs and standards.

What you'll need:

• At least three years post-qualification experience working as an Electrical Design Engineer.
• Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Desire to become Chartered
