Director of Cost Consultancy
London, Birmingham, Bristol

We're looking for an experienced Director of Cost Consultancy ready to take ownership-help shape and grow a service line while delivering for major investor and institutional clients across logistics, retail, office, residential and build to rent space.

  • Lead full cost consultancy delivery - from inception to completion
  • Grow client relationships, win work, and hit commercial targets
  • Coordinate business development, resourcing, marketing, and knowledge-sharing across offices
  • Set business plans, priorities, and SMART goals - track and report progress quarterly
  • Champion best practice and quality control; review processes, templates, and ways of working
  • Develop and support your team: coaching, mentoring, celebrating success
  • Build and maintain marketing content: case studies, capability statements, thought leadership

About You

  • MRICS and strong technical cost consultancy experience
  • Commercial drive with a track record of fee generation
  • Leadership skills - influencing, mentoring, managing teams
  • Strong client network and confidence in business development
  • Proven ability to balance strategic growth with hands-on delivery
