Chartered Building Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join a well-established building consultancy team in Manchester. The role offers scope to contribute to a dynamic commercial practice delivering a wide range of professional surveying services.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified, with strong technical capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of core service lines including:

• Dilapidations
• Technical Due Diligence
• Contract Administration
• Planned Preventative Maintenance

Experience in any of the following areas is welcomed but not essential:

• Construction/Development Monitoring
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments
• Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters

The position offers increasing levels of responsibility including mentoring junior team members and developing expertise across a diverse workload. Candidates should be methodical, well-organised, and motivated to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
