I'm working with a leading contractor in the water sector who are gearing up for a major AMP8 programme. They're looking for a Framework Manager to take ownership of key water treatment projects - acting as both Main Contractor and Subcontractor - and drive delivery across multiple sites.
This is a strategic leadership role with a strong focus on client engagement, programme management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of AMP8 projects across the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, and the wider supply chain
• Oversee a high-performing civil engineering team across multiple sites
• Manage project programming, commercial performance, and resource planning
• Act as a key point of contact for framework development and client satisfaction
• Influence and develop both site and management teams to ensure consistent delivery standards

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in the water industry, ideally within a civils environment
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercial acumen and programming expertise
• Leadership experience with multi-disciplinary teams
