M&E Engineer (Part-time)

This M&E Engineer role is something a bit different, and all the more special as a result.

You'll be joining a small M&E design consultancy where the Director has a team of freelance engineers helping them deliver a range of schemes in healthcare, commercial and the light industrial sector.

They've found that they need the support of a Senior/Principal Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical background on a two to three-day week, long-term contract basis, to plug gaps and provide continuity.

You'll be working on a fully remote basis and happy to take on email issues such as stats applications, covering meetings and attending to general queries. Being able to use CAD will be useful, but not essential.

What is crucial is that you can commit to regular days, have the experience to work autonomously, and pick up a range of tasks. Some of which could be client-facing, and you won't necessarily need to be a Mechanical or Electrical Design Engineer, but you will need to have design awareness.
