Refrigeration Engineer - London

I'm currently working with a leading company looking to recruit experienced Refrigeration Engineers for full-time, permanent roles based in London.

The successful candidates will be joining a growing team working on a prestigious high-end retail contract, alongside additional projects at well-known factory sites across London and nearby areas.

This role involves working on advanced pack systems, including CO₂ (R744) refrigeration systems, so experience with natural refrigerants is highly desirable.

What the company offers:

• Circa £46,000 basic salary

• Paid travel time - door to door

• Overtime paid at 1.6x

• Standby rota with additional payments (separate from basic salary)

• Company van provided with private use permitted

• Full-time 45-hour working week

What they're looking for:

• Refrigeration Engineers experienced with pack systems (CO₂ experience preferred)

• F-Gas certification (or equivalent)

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
