???? Your Role

As Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our projects, leading site teams, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

? Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and coordinate project delivery across multiple sites
• 
  Manage operational staff, subcontractors, and resource allocation
• 
  Ensure all works are carried out in line with current fire safety regulations and standards (e.g., BS 476, BS EN 1366, etc.)
• 
  Monitor project performance, timelines, and budgets
• 
  Implement and uphold health, safety, and quality control processes
• 
  Collaborate with estimating, surveying, and compliance teams
• 
  Report on operational KPIs and contribute to strategic planning

? What We're Looking For

• 
  Proven experience in an operations, project, or contracts management role within construction, fire protection, or a similar industry
• 
  Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulations
• 
  Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, NVQ Level 6/7, IFE, ASFP training) preferred
