Job Title: Architectural Technologist
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
Location: Leeds

We're seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy with an excellent reputation across the region. Our client operates across various sectors and has an expanding portfolio of work requiring additional technical expertise within their established design team.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects whilst developing your career within a well-known construction consultancy that values professional growth and collaboration.
Essential Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent qualification
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential for daily use)
• Experience working within architectural design teams
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
• Knowledge of construction detailing and technical drawing production
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle

Desirable Skills:

• Revit and BIM software experience
• CIAT membership or working towards professional qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing detailed technical drawings, sections and specifications
• Supporting planning application and building regulation submissions
• Coordinating with external consultants, contractors and clients
• Contributing to BIM model development and data management
• Creating construction documentation for tender and build phases
• Providing technical assistance during construction stages including site visits
