Calibre Search is partnering with one of the UK's longest-established construction consultancies, and we're looking to speak with experienced Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyors ready to take on high-profile projects and lead teams toward commercial success.

The Opportunity - Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy

This is a career-defining role for a skilled Quantity Surveyor who wants to manage major mixed-use and heritage redevelopment schemes valued over £30 million. You'll be based just south of Manchester in a hybrid working model, with regular collaboration alongside Partners and a dedicated team.

The firm is delivering several flagship regeneration projects, including cultural and retail redevelopments with libraries, studios, cafés, and more - all contributing to revitalizing the local landscape.

Your Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor Role Will Include:

• Leading the commercial delivery of multiple complex construction schemes
• Managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors
• Supporting and reporting directly to the Partner
• Overseeing procurement, cost planning, value engineering, and risk management
• Business development

We're Looking For:

• An experienced Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor
• Strong background in construction consultancy or PQS
• Proven success managing £10M-£50M+ projects
• Excellent client-facing and team leadership skills
• RICS chartered (or working toward) preferred Why Join?
