Design Office Director

This Design Office Director role will see you taking the helm in Leeds, the latest office of this UK wide building services design consultancy.

Over the years they have developed from being a well respected regional player, to recognised nationally for their work within healthcare, commercial and industrial sectors, particularly with a focus towards low carbon schemes.

As the Director your role with be to lead on:

• Developing, and expanding the team
• Marketing, networking and raising the profile of the practice in the local area.
• Being the main point of technical expertise.
• Being the key person for client contact

The office has recently opened and they have already got a solid baseload of work in the region.

You will have the support of the board, be able to use resource from other offices and be developing a business plan which is realistic in the current market conditions.

Obviously, with this being a building services design consultancy, you will need to be qualified, capable and experienced as either a Mechanical, Electrical or Public Health Design Engineer before having moved into an Associate or AD role.

On offer is a package value of £140000 made up of salary, pension contribution, bonus based on achieving the mid-target and car allowance.
