A well-established consultancy with over 40 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, sprinkler design, and building services for diverse sectors including industrial, logistics, commercial, residential, and more.

Role Responsibilities
Lead sustainability initiatives throughout project lifecycles-from early-stage energy strategies to post-construction assessments.
Prepare and manage:
Building Regulation Part L (BRUKL) and EPC/SAP computations
Overheating / thermal comfort modelling per CIBSE guidance
BREEAM assessments, pre- and post-certification
Utilise tools such as LLC (Limiting Carbon Compliance or equivalent), OneClick LCA, and thermal modelling software.
Collaborate closely with the business development team, supporting technical delivery while enabling senior sustainability leads to focus on strategic direction.
Drive technically robust, resource-efficient deliverables that align with client ESG goals and design intent.

A technically-minded Senior sustainability engineer, comfortable working across all sustainability disciplines.
Confident in performing LLC energy statements, thermal modelling, BREEAM assessments, BRUKL/EPC/SAP, and OneClick LCA.
