Geotechnical Engineer

A Geotechnical Engineer role has come available in Manchester for an engineer with either a civil engineering or Geology background to jump into a major consultancy and delivery large scale energy and development projects across the UK.

This suits a Geotechnical Engineer with a well rounded background in GI consultancy, looking to elevate their career within technical design and delivery.

You will be working for a leading multi disciplinary design consultancy in Manchester, getting involved in full life cycle delivery calibrating across multiple disciplines.

To give you a flavor of what you will be doing as a Geotechnical Engineer:

• Design specification and management of ground investigations.
• Project management.
• Technical geotechnical reporting.
• Addressing ground issues to ground model and characterise.
• Preliminary and detailed design of a range of foundations.
