With a diverse project portfolio that spans everything from small-scale developments to major multi-use schemes, the firm continues to expand through its dedication to technical excellence, collaborative working and outstanding client service.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a leading role in the design, development and delivery of high-quality civil engineering solutions. Your work will focus on the detailed design of drainage systems, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS), external works and paving, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards and environmental regulations. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting S104, S38 and S278 packages, producing Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Impact Assessments, and delivering technical reports to support planning and construction phases.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, conduct on-site assessments where required and contribute to the development of integrated design solutions that are both cost-effective and technically robust. You will also take ownership of project delivery, managing workload, monitoring fees and resources, and ensuring all outputs are delivered to the highest professional standards.

In addition to your technical role, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, helping to develop their skills and maintain the company's commitment to engineering excellence. Strong communication skills will be essential for building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a master's qualification advantageous.
