I'm working with a well‑established consultancy in Sheffield who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team. This is a fantastic chance to step into a role where you'll be trusted with responsibility, supported in your development, and exposed to meaningful healthcare projects that genuinely impact communities.
The Role

• Healthcare focus: You'll be working on hospitals, clinics, and specialist facilities - projects that make a real difference.
• Career progression: Clear routes to chartership and senior roles, with mentoring and support along the way.
• Variety: From cost planning and tender docs through to final accounts, you'll cover the full QS spectrum.
• Client exposure: You'll be in a client‑facing role, building relationships and delivering advice that matters.

What they're looking for

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or related).
• Working towards RICS (or keen to start).
• Strong communicator, detail‑driven, and confident in front of clients.
• Able to work independently but also thrive in a collaborative team.
