Role Overview

You will work on a variety of exciting projects, providing building physics expertise that enhances thermal performance, energy efficiency, and sustainability. This includes modelling and analysis for fabric and energy performance, thermal bridging, overheating assessments, and compliance with building regulations. You will collaborate with architects, M&E engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions across a range of sectors.

Requirements

Ideally you will have your Level 4 or 5 Energy Assessor qualifications. Experience in building physics, energy modelling, and performance analysis is essential. Familiarity with industry-standard software and low-carbon or sustainable design is highly desirable. You should be collaborative, motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality, efficient, and innovative building solutions.
