Role Overview
Based in Sheffield, this is a predominantly office-based role and candidates must live within a commutable distance of the city. You will work closely with engineers and project teams to produce, manage and coordinate high-quality M&E Revit models and technical drawings across a variety of building services projects. The role will involve ensuring models comply with BIM standards and best practice, and contributing to the ongoing development of digital workflows and standards.

Requirements
You will have high-level expertise in Revit with strong, demonstrable experience in building services. A solid understanding of M&E systems, BIM processes and industry standards. You should be technically confident, detail-focused and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also key.
