An established, international built environment consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Bury office. With several new projects due to land shortly, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected business at an exciting time of growth.
You'll work across a diverse range of sectors including commercial offices, residential, higher education, heritage, industrial/logistics and local authority projects, giving you real variety and long-term career development.
The Role
Deliver projects from inception through to completion
Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Manage programmes, reporting, risk and governance
Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams
Work as part of a supportive, collaborative project team
Every project is resourced with at least two team members, ensuring support is always available while still giving you the freedom to take ownership and responsibility.
About You
Strong experience in Project Management within the built environment
Confident, client-facing communicator
Comfortable working across multiple sectors
Proactive and career-driven, with the ambition to progress
