Our client are an established Civil Engineering Design Consultancy that have developed to serve the residential, commercial, industrial and public sector markets. Due to further workload and internal promotions, they are now seeking an enthusiastic and driven graduate Civil Engineer to join the tea

Built by industry experts with extensive experience, the Consultancy places a strong emphasis on delivering commercially considered engineering solutions while developing long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Its approach is founded on a clear understanding of client needs and a collaborative working culture that values both technical excellence and practical delivery.

The successful graduate Civil Engineer will work closely with experienced engineers on a wide range of infrastructure and development projects, gaining hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle from initial concept through to detailed design and delivery. The role will involve supporting the preparation of engineering designs, calculations, drawings and technical reports, while learning to apply relevant design standards, regulations and industry best practice. The position will also include collaboration with the company's sister business specialising in structural engineering, providing valuable multidisciplinary experience and a broader understanding of integrated design solutions.

Software knowledge in Civils 3D, MicroDrainage, Flow or PDS would be ideal, although full training and ongoing support will be provided. This opportunity is well suited to a graduate who is motivated to learn, eager to develop technical capability and confident working within a fast-paced Consultancy environment. The role encourages initiative, curiosity and a proactive approach, with increasing responsibility offered as experience develops.
