Our client is a multidisciplinary building design Consultancy who has over 40 years of experience within the construction industry. They specialise in providing engineering services for both commercial and private clients across the UK. They work on projects that have a range of size and complexity which focuses on small domestic alterations to large scale commercial new builds and refurbishments.

They are now on the lookout for a Structural CAD Technician to join their team. In this role, you will play an active part in project delivery, including producing detailed CAD drawings, attending meetings and site visits, and liaising directly with the design team.

You will also work closely with project engineers and develop drawings based on engineers' sketches and calculations, contribute to providing innovative solutions to design challenges and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Structural Technician, have working experience of AutoCAD and ideally Revit and have the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
