Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer

Modern consultancy, hybrid working, clear progression to Senior Engineer

If you're an Intermediate Electrical Engineer looking to build on your design experience within a supportive consultancy that values progression, sustainability and modern engineering practices, this role offers long-term development and project variety.

The Role

You'll join an established building services consultancy with over 20 years of experience, contributing to the electrical design of projects from early feasibility through to detailed design and delivery. The role offers hands-on involvement across a varied project portfolio, working closely with senior engineers, project teams and clients.

You'll be involved in producing electrical building services designs using AutoCAD, with exposure to Revit/BIM where applicable, and will contribute to modern, sustainability-led solutions including low-carbon and energy-efficient design approaches.

What They're Looking For

• 3-6 years' experience in electrical building services design
• Degree, HND or HNC in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Good knowledge of UK standards including BS 7671, BS 5266 and BS 5839
• AutoCAD experience (Revit/BIM desirable)
• Working towards IEng status, or keen to begin the process
