We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team working on a high-profile residential development in Leeds. This role is central to ensuring the financial success of the project while maintaining strong, transparent relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. You'll be the key interface between the development team and its contractors, ensuring delivery to specification and cost.

• Final Accounts

Your Experience

• 5 years + Experience in a Similar role
• Experienced in management of multiple trade packages
• Strong JCT knowledge
• Subcontractor management
