Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Salary: £38,000 - £56,000 (DOE)
Door to Door Travel Paid
Overtime Available at Enhanced Rates
1 in 7 Standby with £700 Retainer
Company Van with Private Use
We are working with an established and growing refrigeration business that is looking to strengthen its engineering team with the addition of an experienced Refrigeration Engineer.
This is a full time, mobile role covering industrial sites. The position offers strong earning potential, paid travel door to door, and structured standby with a generous retainer.

The Role

Service, maintenance and fault finding across industrial refrigeration systems
Responding to breakdowns and reactive call outs
Participating in a 1 in 7 standby rota
Working independently in the field while supported by an experienced technical team

What We Are Looking For

Ideally experienced Industrial Refrigeration Engineers with ammonia experience
However, we will also consider:
Supermarket Refrigeration Engineers with CO2 experience
Chiller Engineers looking to move into industrial systems
Upskilling and additional training can be provided for the right candidate with the right foundation and attitude.

Package

£38,000 - £56,000 basic salary depending on experience

Overtime paid at enhanced rates
